Technical Features

TRANSFORMATION of single-phase power to dispersed flow with winding insulated in class H, impregnated with furnace dried resins. Adjustment to mains power supply for 220-230-240 Volt – 50/60 Hz.
SINGLE-PHASE bridge rectifier, made from high inverse voltage silicon diodes, mounted on aluminium cooling fins, equipped with anti-disturbance filters.
PROTECTION: 1) blade-type fuse D.C. outlet.
AXIAL ventilator for the forced-circulation air cooling system, during the charging operation.
STEEL PLATE cover, 12 tenths, painted with furnace-fired epoxidized powders.
Protection level IP 20 CONFORMS to European Directives: 2004/108/EEC - 2006/95/EEC.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX OPERATION
Type CBS3, for decreasing Wa charging, with charging time of 10/12 hours (DIN 41772).
Micro-processor electronic control that can execute the following functions:
AUTOSTART: starts charging automatically after 5 seconds.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF: if the battery is disconnected during charging, the battery charger disconnects from the mains, annulling
all the counted times.
MEMORY: in the event of a power cut, the capacity to memorise the counted times.
INHIBITION: capacity to wait for 20 minutes from the start of charging, irrespective of the battery voltage, in order to allow
charging values to be normalised.
FINAL CHARGE: option to choose the end charge times: 2-3-4-5 hours.
EQUALISED CHARGE: can be programmed by means of a double effect button.
SAFETIES: a) Timer with 12-hour calibration for normal charging, b) Timer with 18-hour calibration for equalised charging.
LIGHTS: charge phases visualised by lights (led).
